[RFI] RFI from variable speed swimming pool pumps

Our efficient home made going to a heat pump impractical.  The break 
even pay back compared yo our "old" furnace" was close to 50 years, 
making the high efficiency heat & air conditioner more economical (The 
rebate for the high efficiency with the 2 speed blower was the same as 
with the variable speed in MI .)  They were willing to guarantee the 
variable speed would be RF quiet, "in writing", but I decided to go with 
the two speed
