[RFI] New solar at neighbors.

I'm not an attorney but have to wonder if  class action litigation isn't 
a path for hams against known RFI.  Especially when the FCC has noticed 
a company cited in an earlier post, which removes the need to prove the 
RFI.  Certainly there are enough hams "harmed" to form a class and have 
standing.

It does take some time, money and leadership to make it happen.   Do 
this a few times and suppliers and installers will solve their problems.
