Two might be the way to go. A lot easier to install smaller units if
you're doing it yourself.
Or if you are willing to spend a bit extra, you could try a mini split.
You can double the efficiency and it'll be nice and quiet. I'm trying
to DYI install one, but I don't recommend that unless you know HVAC.
