Your help is much appreciated so thank you. I may need your advice if 
things go wrong, but so far so good. If I have to notify the FCC, I 
suspect they will conduct their own investigation and provide the 
necessary measurements. I believe ARRL's Mike Gruber has participated in 
this sort of thing as well.
