If you search Amazon by entering EMI filter you will find a variety for different applications.

Of course you need to determine how the RFI is being picked up by your antenna. This is key in suppressing the noise source. Perhaps even several wraps thru an appropriate torroid core might even help you too.

Ballasts or not, An EMI filter mounted on the light housing would be the most effective i believe assuming the offending circuit is not in a wall wart. If a switching supply in a wall wart is the noise source, you would be to insert filtering some other way.

>>> I found some nice shop lights for under $20 so I purchased 4 for the garage shop. After installing them I found lots of noise on 20 meters with peaks and valleys, to make sure the new shop lights were the culprit I turned them off and then the 20 meter band was quiet again. These are Smart Electrican brand, model number LSL3300L42WH. These are distributed by Menard, Inc. Eau Claire Wisconsin. Made in China. I purchased a couple more for my basement shop, but I’m going to return those.
