[RFI] RFI into Battery monitor

I think I removed the last of the RFI from my station DC (voltage and 
current) monitor system...
I added:
1) one clip on toroid to the current sense, voltage sense and ground 
wire bundle - 2 turns fit in the core.
2) a ring toroid to the power cord of my transceiver (removed the 3 clip 
on toroids) - 3 turns fit in the ring.
