[RFI] A Bizzare EMI Story

Shouldn't cars be required by the FCC to conform to Class A or B 
limits?  After all, they are a large collection of computers with some 
wheels attached.

Something ARRL ought to pursue.  It's not rocket science to solve this, 
only $ of manufacturing cost.
