[RFI] LED bulb replacements for use in existing florescent fixtures

I've replaced over 120 lamps with the FEIT brand from Costco. Various 
fixtures.  All worked.  Only one has failed in last 8 months.  No RFI.  
Usually there has been a power company rebate but haven't seen that lately.
