[RFI] Non-switching wall warts availability?

Here is one to absolutely avoid -

Philmore MW122A - 3 - 12 VDC 2 Amp Regulated Power Supply

the load was 900ma and the case melted.  AC switch also, couldn't it 
turn off.  Headed for flames when caught.  No UL or FCC but has a big 
transformer inside.
