Yes and no. K1TTT's observation that it's narrow, stable, and 
unmodulated is quite useful -- it suggests that the emitter is likely 
running on a stable clock and associated with some sort of 
microprocessor, as opposed to a switch-mode power supply or variable 
speed motor controller, which are generally free-running, unstable humps 
of noise. Both types, of course, repeat periodically because they're 
square waves.
