"Purely a civil dispute between neighbors" and that "both Tesla and 
SolarEdge have done their due diligence".

Ask her to provide documentation of complete resolution and full 
compliance with federal regulations.

She should have such information readily available, if things are as she 
claims.

Also, ask her what she considers "due diligence", when the 
issues/violations continue to exist without being addressed.

Even the most mediocre of corporate shills should realize they are 
setting themselves up for a fall.
