[RFI] Faulty Whole House Surge Protector Catches Fire

A little off-topic but thought it was worth spreading the word.  Caused a
Dec 2018 fire and 4 others.  Occurred in Cary NC.  Not sure how widely
these are sold as it is discontinued but hundreds of them have been sold on
ebay.  Sad
