[RFI] FCC Complaint Filing

Thanks, tried that, provided videos.  Had their interest and they were going
to purchase a few of the lights for some testing but don't think they ever
actually got any.  One of the EMI/RFI guys did comment on the videos but
nothing ever came of it.
