[RFI] FCC Complaint Filing

Thanks Dave,
I suspect the list flushes word documents, as they can be used to vector 
virus attacks.  I manage a few lists, and all of them are set to flush 
virus vectors.  I do allow pdf files.  I am not sure if the list allows 
pdfs...
