[RFI] Samsung Oven update #4 'final' response from Samsung Corporate

I have found that posting an embarrassing note to Twitter, copied to 
Corporate, has repercussions up the food chain - they're terrified 
someone with a major follower-count will re-tweet and they hate that 
level of bad publicity.
