[RFI] New HDTV Purchase - What to Avoid?

I was lucky to have more cooperative neighbors, who did let me buy them 
a new TV.

Plasma TV are impossible to fix. They are big enough that they radiate 
directly at HF, so choking the cables won't help. And the FCC has no 
limits on radiated emissions below 30 MHz.
