[RFI] Unbelievable (amazing) response time from utility company

I get pretty good service from BGE up here North of B'more, though the 
technician is learning on the job.  Regarding arcs disconnected from the 
power lines proper, my power company at my previous place discovered 
that a woodpecker had undermined one of two lag bolts holding a 
lightning arrestor to the pole.  The loose bolt then arced to the  other 
part of the mounting because of the very large field induced by the 7000 
volt conductors nearby.
