[RFI] Afredi LAN-IQ SDR

Ah, that's a good point - my car has  a USB auxiliary port for audio, 
but I have no idea what current it can deliver, and the Afredi wants 900 
ma.  Looks like a 24 watt Anker should meet that spec with ease.
