[RFI] Noise centered around 20 meters

Hey Gary I'd love to see that video without you talkin. it's important to hear what the noise sounds like more so than the signal level.
the noise you have that I heard at the end of your speech is not power line noise. I didn't hear any of the other noise because I couldn't hear it over you talkin. if you can send me that same exact thing without your voice I can hear each noise that you go through. There's a good chance that you have multiple noises and I'd like to hear that. The noise at the end of your video is most definitely not power line noise and I would suggest you check out the attachment below that has my link to it and it'll tell you how to find which house it's in. The reason for the change and signal level as you change frequency is because of broadband noise is going to be strongest at the frequency your antenna is most resonant at. Check out this page on my website and it'll help you find it.
