How about "the customer is always right," and "if you don't sell what I 
want, I won't buy it?"

There's been plenty advice on this reflector to avoid anything that has 
a variable-speed motor like the plague -- they WILL generate RFI, 
usually serious RFI. A study of the archive should bear plenty of fruit.
