[RFI] Raspberry PI / Wall wart RFI

Thank you Gary for this tip.

I actually had one of these apple adapters. I replaced the PI power supply
with these, and the noise level dropped dramatically! Very much appreciate
you recommended this as this was a quick fix. Reduced my noise floor on 80m
by 2 s-units!
