[RFI] I could see the arcs with binoculars last night! (Resolved?)

Thanks Dave!

I do not think the noise I am hearing now is 120hz. One doublet I can 
hear it and the other doublet I cannot. And its not affecting all HF 
bands. Might be something on my house power. At any rate it pales in 
comparison to the beast I think was killed today :-).
