[RFI] Link access to RFI on contesting.com

It's pretty intuitive:  RFI at CONTESTING.COM

I'll confess I couldn't find it on the main page.

I find it discouraging that there is not a more available and widely
distributed RFI site for amateurs.

However, the one on contesting.com has the attention of many "influential"
members, not the least of which is the ARRL head for RFI.   From this site,
you will learn there is a lot of cooperation between ARRL and the FCC.  It
is well worth subscribing to.
