Correct, Jim.  In my growing contact with the industry, I am looking to form a WG to try to put some of the good approaches into an IEEE Recommended Practice.  I am positioned to help that go forward pretty quickly.

But it doesn't HAVE TO generate RFI -- that is strongly affected by product construction, wiring topologies, and installation.
