[RFI] RFI Source - looking for clues\help

Well, 2020/2021 transition is starting off poor with some new RFI killing
my SE directional RX antennas.  From this direction I am hearing a broad
hash with a "musical whine" .  It seems to be a fairly consistent on/off
cycle, however, I have noticed the cycle duration change depending on the
day.
Would appreciate any insight if anyone has experienced anything similar.
To date I have done a full house power down test and also walked the area
with a small AM handheld (which does not hear anything locally).
