[RFI] Single stage HVAC with ECM

FWIW, I've had two Bryant furnaces over the past 28 years, with no RFI
problems in either direction. Both had variable speed inducer motors and
two speed blowers. The blowers may just be two speed induction motors.
Both had control boards without a lot of obvious filtering or shielding.
I live in the city, with fairly high background noise levels, so
emissions might be noticeable in a quiet location. 1500 W into the shunt
fed tower 50 feet away never affected either. Unlike the water heater.
