[RFI] LED Bulb RFI

[AA5CT]

I've got an issue with an LED bulb or two 'blanking' my ATSC broad-
cast TV signal when using rabbit ears and the offending lamp is about
3 feet away from the rabbit ears. (Granted, this is a worst case scenario
regards LED-TVI.)

Occurs on VHF Hi-band channel, CH 8 or 9 RF. UHF RF channels 
are unaffected!
