[RFI] Power outages and RFI

I suppose I am fairly well off right now. At least until the next power 
line arc shows up. Noise on 40m today hovering s3-s4. A city park in my 
backyard but neighborhood in my front so some isolation. A likely plasma 
tv somewhere spewing on 80m.

My reference rig for RFI a TS830s on a inverted vee doublet at about 35' 
at the peak on CW wide.
