[RFI] Power outages and RFI

Although this is an interesting approach the limit of a station is how well
it can hear. Having an amp will let others hear you but if you can't hear
them nothing has really changed. I've thought about getting an amp but
after testing various antennas it's a waste of time and money. Just can't
get the noise level down enough.
