[RFI] RFI in central air conditioners

After 25 years it is time to replace both compressors and air handlers. One needs a recharge.I have a few different companies coming by this week for estimates. As a rule of thumb, are there any manufacturers that are good in regards to RFI and any that are bad for RFI? Does it matter if it is a single speed, multi-speed or variable speed motor?Any hints or things to look out for?
