[RFI] Water treatment system RFI?

We are facing the same situation here in Northern Colorado with "rather"
(read extremely) hard well water.

The first outfit we had up here refused to do anything once I brought up
the RFI issue.

Any pointers from the group would be greatly appreciated by both Kenny and
myself.
