Thanks, Dave.  I am just the hired help, and although I do appreciate hearing that I am doing my job well, the only reason that ARRL has the resources to do these things is because 160,000 of you all chipped in.  That's where the real thanks belong.  Without that, I'd just be a lone wolf howling in the wilderness.
