[RFI] Severe RFI from Solar Edge HD Wave system inverter...who owns the system? And is responsible to fix the RFI?

Have any of you had experience with CostCo’s solar offering, called “sunrun?” I see several installations underway in the neighborhood, apparently installed by “independent” contractors.
