[RFI] Portable Generator Noise

On page 23 of this link is a filter that I designed and W6GJB built for 
our HF county expeditions for 7QP and CQP. It's designed to be effective 
from 80M to 10M. It was added to the ARRL Handbook several years ago.

For 6M and above, I suggest following the recommendations for 
transmitting chokes wound with RG8-size power cables.
