I dint know about under cabinet strips / bulbs - but I made a huge mistake in buying some FEIT bulbs 40 watt and 100 watt equivalent from Home Depot and they are so damn noisy they wipe out my FM radio when on .Fortunately they are in places I can turn off. Hnak K7HP
