[RFI] HV powerline noise mitigation - success!

Good story. It can be done with diligence. Unless you are lucky, you 
have to put considerable time and effort into it. The knowledge in this 
group is enormous. And getting someone at the util to help you, without 
thinking you are some nut, is enormous. The app really helped it seems.
