[RFI] Netgear Switch Model GS108T-300NAS

Not quite directly relevant, but I just had to replace a Netgear GS-308 
UNmanaged switch with a GS-108 unmanaged switch, using the supplied 
wall-wart.  No discernible noise from it - now if my power company could 
just fix the intermittent S8 power pole noise! I'm not clear what the 
managed switch gets you.
