[RFI] Peculiar Noise & detection

*IF THAT WAS ME *... it was not from the wireless mic receiver; BUT
unbelievably it was coming from an audio mixer that had a dc-dc
converter gone wild.... I remember it well.... We (you and I sniffed
it with my then crude SA) and then the factory flew up 2 guys with the
legit spectrum analyzer. ...and no one could believe it...till they
saw it .. sweeping across the input of the wireless receiver..That
sounded great on the NEW churches PA system.
still have two of those auto-mixers from 30 years ago...
