[RFI] CARRIER ON 40-METERS

At 2200Z in Phoenix - it appears to be NE of Phoenix  in 30 to 45 degree area - deep qsb peaking at -70 dBm .
on a rotatable dipole at 50 feet. Must be very high angle because the normal 15dB or so null off ends is not there -but my tuned loop looks like 30-45 deg (or 180 deg from that ) and deepest null tilted back slightly which may not mean a thing since its below that dipole and 80M inv vee.
