[RFI] Sinusoidal type noise on 6 meters

Good catch Jim. I didn't study closely enough to notice the pan is only 
25 kHz wide.
One thought for Stephanie. What street lighting is nearby? You say only 
at dusk and on a rainy day (when maybe the light(s) come on if it's cloudy).
