[RFI] Constant carrier on 7025

Thanks to all of the reports on rfi at contesting.com,
the carrier on 7025 is reported to be off the air

The stepped carrier does not fade due to ionospheric modulation at the same
rate or period as the constant carrier. Are the two sourced from similar
locations? This implies not.
