[RFI] 30M OTH Radar?

Hi Pete,

Looking at the RF spectrum that signal occupied a total of 20 KHz (10.135
to 10.155 MHz) with lines every 50 Hz within. It did indeed look like the
typical OTH radar signal to me and a quick check of heading using the
portable flag indicated it's heading was approximately 47 degrees from my
QTH near Indianapolis. Also checked using some web based SDR receivers and
it was very strong in Europe too. A heading of 47 degrees from my QTH put
it on a line right through England, Belgium, bottom corners of Austria and
Germany as well as Israel (which was probably just a coincidence) and Saudi
Arabia, as well as the bottom of Newfoundland. Since it was a Skywave
signal and I just did a real quick heading check my 47 degree reported
heading is just a ballpark value so take it with a grain of salt. It was
on at 0224 UTC when I first checked but it's now 0300 UTC and it's no
longer present.

Just FYI,
