[RFI] Starlink as unintentional radiators...

I made no claims to the effect that Musk was the only polluter of outer 
space with his STPS (Space Trash Producing System).

Mr. Colburn's post suggested that I was unaware or giving a "pass" to 
the other space trashing scumbags...
