[RFI] How to approach a neighbor?

Dave,
Back in the day when I was having a lot of grow light RFI, I found the
best way to approach a person was to knock on the door and then back
away. Explain the situation and you might mention that the RFI could be
a fire hazard, and you would be happy to look into it.
