[RFI] LED Candelabra bulbs ELETA E12

I had a noise source show up Saturday morning during the WPX contest.  
The noise was most prevalent on 20m.  I located it to a bunch of Eleta 
12 bulbs that were in a hanging fixture over our dining room table.    
These are older bulbs.  I am not sure these are available anymore.  I 
hope not.  The say they work from 85 to 235v.   Noise level went up 
about 5 s units.
