[RFI] New RFI Source

[K9MA]

Both my immediate neighbor and I have Enphase systems. I had single-turn 
ferrite cores put on all the leads of both, and I've detected absolutely 
no RFI from them. Whether the ferrites were necessary is unknown, but 
the single turn may not have had much effect at HF.
