[RFI] New noise wiping out 160m

Hi Ken,
While there is no substitute for actually looking for RFI with antenna, 
collecting data is always good...

for how to set up and collect data over a long time period...  Let it 
run while you look around.  Seeing patterns helps in location sometimes.
