In all of this, I see a BIT of good news. I read things like EDN and other trade rags. One of the recurring topics for the last 2 years or so has been design to prevent EMI/RFI, particularly on the power supply end. 
The chip designers, editors etc are pointing out it is an issue. Now the question is, are the downstream designers taking heed? Don’t know
