You should choose model and capacity based on tech’s air flow calculations based on many factors unique to your home. One size does not fit all. 
Legacy systems with simple thermostats are more prevalent with oil furnaces and by definition less prone to RFI. However newer electronic igniter methods could have some effects. If efficiency really is of no concern, I’d go with legacy stuff if available. Or maybe even consider a full overhaul of your existing system. That might be cost and RFI beneficial.
