I definitely agree:

After our local utility replaced 4 poles and hardware behind my house - and
cleared up 10 years of RFI struggle . . . I wrote a thank you email to the
engineer who ordered the replacements.  He told me later that he printed
the email and POSTED IT IN THEIR LUNCH ROOM as an inspiration.
